Our Story
Mind Body Wellness began with a simple mission: to help people move beyond stress, anxiety, and old habits that hold them back.
From day one, we’ve believed that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from rewiring the way you think, feel, and act at a foundational level.
That’s why we created the REWIRE METHOD: a unique approach that combines coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy to work at the root cause, not just the surface.
Founder’s Note
“I know what it feels like to carry stress and self-doubt until it impacts your health, happiness, and confidence. My own journey through corporate pressure and burnout pushed me to find answers and eventually to create the REWIRE METHOD.
What started as just me working with clients has grown into something bigger: a trusted team who can deliver the same care and results to even more people. I’m still hands-on with clients, but I now guide and support the Mind Body Wellness team so that together, we can help more people transform their lives.”
— Nicky Anstey, Founder & Lead Coach
